A secret look into my idea Pokedex
I may not share gems like this again

Alternate education for creators (that school can’t teach you)
Micro Writer → Micro Brand → Micro Business
Are you getting bored of seeing the same social media content?
I sure am.
It feels like everyone is sharing the same trite advice.
On X, everyone copies Dan Koe.
On LinkedIn, everyone rips off Lara Acosta.
The creator economy is in serious need of some new and exciting ideas.
Huge life changing ideas that you've never heard before.
That's what we're here to talk about…
I collect ideas like Ash collects Pokemon.
My Pokedex is stacked with hundreds of them.
Think I'm kidding?
Here's a picture:
As you can see, I have a weird obsession.
Where I… Ummm… Collect things.
Action figures, comic books, experiences, and ideas.
But these aren't just ordinary ideas you'll find on X or LinkedIn.
These are BIG life changing ideas.
With the power to shift your perspective so hard you nearly puke.
They flip your worldview upside down.
Making you question everything you know.
And guess what?
I f*cking love it.
I'm a big idea junkie.
I love having my beliefs challenged.
And if you're still reading, I take it you do too.
So drop your ego, get curious, and brace yourself for some insane perspective shifts.
3 of the biggest ideas I've ever found (with the power to change your life):
A quick PSA before we dive in.
My online community Microcreators is launching in a month.
Inside I'll be giving members my:
Micro Writer System - how to write viral content
Micro Brand System - how to attract your first 10,000 followers
Micro Business System - how to make your first $1,000 online
Now back to our big ideas:
1) Single Pointed Consciousness
Everything you love has one thing in common.
Don't believe me?
I'll show you…
… I love reading, video games, anime, and cuddling with my girlfriend.
These all seem unrelated.
But they actually have a common thread:
Single pointed consciousness (SPC).
A state of euphoric singular focus.
Your busy mind quiets and you fully embrace the present moment.
This state is so blissful you crave it.
You're motivated to pursue it.
Which is both your greatest strength and most destructive weakness.
If I play video games, I achieve SPC but make no progress.
If I write, I will achieve SPC and improve my life.
Action step for you:
1) Identify your SPC related activities
2) Identify which move your life forward
3) Prioritize them. Eliminate or moderate the rest.
Hack your mind's motivation circuits to make self improvement automatic.

2) Micro Guilt & Psychic Entropy
I recently made a promise to myself…
… That I'd wake up at 5:30am to write everyday.
Most days I do.
But some days I snooze.
On these days, I suffer from micro guilt.
The voice in my head assaults me, reminding me of my broken promise.
Making me feel insecure and weak.
This micro guilt compounds into psychic entropy.
A state I can only describe as self inflicted hell.
Where valuable positive energy I could be directing towards my goals transforms into anxiety and stress.
My critical voice beats me into the ground.
All because of one small mistake (that could be avoided).
If you allow these to stack up, you're guaranteed to burn out.
Action steps for you:
1) Identify bad habits that create micro guilt
2) Identify healthy habits to replace them
3) Adopt one new habit at a time until psychic entropy disappears
Burnout isn't only the result of a lack of sleep and a few bad meals.
It's the result of an overactive, self critical mind.
3) The Hippocratic Oath
It takes 10 years to grow a tree.
But only 10 minutes to chop it down.
See the point yet?
You evolved to avoid mistakes because even a small one could be fatal.
32 years of life can be taken away by slipping in front of one fast moving car.
To drive this point home, consider this:
Before modern medicine, infant mortality rates were around 50%.
Meaning 50% of children never made it to adulthood.
Isn't that beyond tragic?
This is why the Hippocratic Oath isn't just another big idea.
It's a life saving idea.
Hippocrates was a doctor from the 17th century, who made his students take oath to first do no harm to their patients.
Because 1 act of harm is all it takes to end a life.
Think I'm catastrophizing?
Consider the daily cost of:
❖ Eating unhealthy
❖ Negative self talk
❖ Neglecting exercise
❖ Working until you burn out
❖ Not eating tacos once a week
These may not be immediately fatal.
But these simple, avoidable mistakes extract a heavy toll.
It takes 3 positive thoughts to counter the effects of 1 negative one.
Stop beating yourself up.
First, do no harm.
