They focus on their work, present activities, or meaningful goals.
This leads to a good life full of flow.

The most miserable people I know direct their focus ‘inwards.’
They focus on their flaws, insecurities, or mistakes.
This leads to a self critical life of misery.

Point a flashlight at yourself and it will blind you.

I focus on the next quest.
Content goals are no different.

When I think about creating:

⏃ 5 LinkedIn posts
⏃ 7 long form Twitter posts

Per week, I feel defeated before I even start.

But I enter a flow state when I focus on the next post, section, or headline ahead of me.

Plan with bigger picture perspectives in mind.
Focus on one ‘quest’ at a time.
