Double Drip Alert!!!
Ding, ding, ding, it’s a special day!
Every now and then, we at the Digital Drip put together a “Double Drip.”
A less annoying digital leaky faucet that has a bonus drip at the bottom.
One that is far more personal than most of the content I put out here.
Double Drip breakdown:
1 - The 6 Digital Identity Archetypes, which are you?
2 - 10 profound life lessons from doing Ayahuasca in the jungle
Which Digital Identity Archetype are you?
This week I was on a coaching call with Omid Kazravan.
He used to travel with Tony Robbins so he’s basically the reincarnation of Ghandi (but a life coach).
He helps me keep my head straight.
And in exchange, I help him make killer content.
During the call, he was struggling to figure out which kind of creator he is.
↳ And what content to create.
This got us talking about the 6 Digital Identity archetypes.
Once he knew which one he was, the ideas started flowing for him effortlessly.
All the big creators fit into one or more of these archetypes.
Which are you?
Digital Identity Archetypes (The 6 DIA’s)
Curators Archetypes
Creators who are obsessed with the newest research and popular ideas.
1 - The Researcher
Curating famous framework, life hacks, and advice
↳ How to fall asleep quickly: The 4, 7, 8 method (backed by science)
Think Ben Meer, Sahil Bloom, and Colby Cultgen
2 - The Simplifier (Distiller)
Takes large concepts like books and makes them easy to understand (simpler)
↳ Stephen Kings 6 writing tips
Nathan Baugh is a great example.
Storyteller Archetypes
Creators who are obsessed with telling stories about themselves and others.
3 - The Journalist (Curator)
Looks for the story or truth within real life events or people
↳ How James Cameron learned filmmaking without film school
Billy Oppenheimer is a mix between the researcher and the journalist.
4 - The Hero (Creator)
Crafts their own stories and shares their own experiences
↳ How I did [x]
Kieran Drew is the GOAT for this one (also shoutout Parker Worth).
Creator Archetypes
Creators who value original thinking and innovation.
5 - The Innovator
Creates new concepts, frameworks, and models to fit the modern landscape
↳ The feel this, do this, done this principle (for implementing content funnels)
Myself and Dan Koe fit this one.
6 - The Synthesizer
Combines unrelated ideas to create something new
↳ 6 screenwriting tips that will improve your hooks
Andrew Kirby is known for this over on YouTube.
You’re not one or the other.
↳ You’re a blend of 2 or 3.
By knowing which archetype you are, you’re more easily able to double down on your zone of genius.
And have an easier time coming up with content ideas.
In Omid’s case, he is passionate about researching the newest life advice worth implementing.
This makes him a curator archetype.
Which one are you?
Oh, and btw, my cohort Digital Identity is just over 1 week from launch!
My co-founder Dale and I, have been hard at work cooking up a few surprises for the launch that you won’t expect.
This is bold to say, but it’s going to be much more than a cohort.
It’s a full blown unique experience.
I’ll talk about more in the next issue.

10 Profound Life Lessons from Ayahuasca
Let’s be real for a second.
Psychedelics are a polarizing topic.
Which is why I don’t often share my experiences with them.
But despite how you feel about them, Ayahuasca was the single most profound and transformative experience of my life.
Matt Mic even said “it’s crazy to think that next to having kids and getting married this will go down as one of the best moments of my life.”
Geez, when you put it that way, it really shows how transformative this experience really was.
It changed me for the better in every possible way.
Making me more confident, decisive, and certain of my abilities to achieve seemingly impossible goals.
I can’t say enough good things about this medicine.
But enough of that, here’s the 10 most profound life lessons I learned while hallucinating visions of rainbow serpents in the jungle:
1 - Think less. Be more.
2 - Untrue useful models are better than true inefficient ones - in terms of improving your quality of life
3 - View fear as a challenge to be overcome. Not something to be weakened by or afraid of. This is the masculine way.
4 - The easiest way to change an uncomfortable feeling is to focus on a contrary positive feeling - all experiences come with both good and bad. Which one you focus on is a CHOICE.
5 - Being afraid to live is a backwards way of saying you’re afraid to die.
6 - When the fear of rejection dictates your actions, you will always settle for less than you deserve - fail to live up to your potential.
7 - You crave intimacy from others when you refuse to love yourself.
8 - In nature, rebirth is literal - caterpillars die in the cocoon to become butterflies. In humans, rebirth is symbolic - old ways of being are replaced with new (energy is utilized differently).
9 - You heal your inner child by becoming the parent you wish you had - reparent yourself.
10 - Knowledge is stored in the head. Wisdom is stored in the body.
Until next time my friend,
TS
